I need a bit of help. We have decided to go for a new flat and we have 2 options.
Flat 1:
- 7. Floor
- 4 bed rooms

The second Flat:
- 3 bed rooms
- 3. Floor
The appartment has 1 big room with a balcony at the end (bigger than the first) and all rooms to the left
The best bed room:

Jo, er vel det. VIlle bare ha litt input. Den andre var kanskje litt koseligere men pga 3 etasje er det flere mygg og kjøkkenet var litt kjipt.
If only because of the cool bedroom in the 2nd flat, I vote Flat 2. Besides, what would you do with 3 balconies, anyhow?? Question is, who will get the best bedroom — you or Thii??? 😀

Flat 1. It looks like a bit more spacious because of the design may be. Just one concern for summer, its good to know if they have generators for the lift, otherwise you have to climb all the way to home 😉
I always take stairs anyway. I think I have gotten some kind of liftfobia here in Bangladesh
